provide One hour of “FREE Presales
Support” for TeamScope’s OutlookCRM,
OutlookCRM Extensions, and TeamWork products.
All support, after your initial hour, is subject
to our pricing structure listed below
Support is provided:
• On-site: for
Hardware and Software and is billed at $150.00
per hour, plus normal travel
expenses. (Discounts do not apply, unless originally
stated in your proposal)
• Via
GoToMeeting™ Online: sessions
for both training and software support is billed
at $135.00 per hour.
• Telephone
Support: for software is billed at $2.50
per minute via 800 #
• Blocks
of hours: Support and training can be
purchased at discounted rates in pre paid blocks
of hours:
o 1-2 hours $135.00 per hour
o 3-5 hours $125.00 per hour
o 6-9 hours $115.00 per hour
o 10+hours $105.00 per hour
On site and online sessions, must be scheduled
at least a week in advance.
